- Here's a good recipe for lazy chocolate freaks. They're not as good as the
- ones you buy in good candy stores, but they're still yummy.
- .IH "makes 2 dozen"
- .IG "4 cups" "powdered sugar" "500 g"
- .IG "8 oz" "cream cheese" "250 g"
- (one large package or 3 small packages less a nibble)
- .IG "1 tsp" "vanilla extract" "5 ml"
- .IG "5 oz" "unsweetened chocolate" "150 g"
- .IG "" "assorted toppings (cocoa, powdered sugar, crushed nuts, jimmies, etc.)

- Mix the powdered sugar into the softened cream cheese a little
- at a time, making sure it is well blended after every
- addition.

- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the cream cheese
- mixture along with the vanilla. Mix well.

- Chill for a couple hours. Roll mix into

- balls, then roll them in a topping. Chill.

- If you're adventurous, try substituting the liqueur of your choice for the
- vanilla.
